Automotive Racking & Design

For almost 30 years, REB Storage Systems has been designing, supplying and installing racking systems for new and renovated automotive stores throughout the US and Canada.  REB’s experience in working with both corporate owned and franchisee owned stores has given them expertise in working with large automotive corporations.

We integrate muffler racks, exhaust pipe racks, small parts storage, shelves, brakes, shock absorbers, and wheel alignment shelving all into a cost efficient system.  They retain us to plan-o-graph their storage systems to maximize cube utilization in their buildings, to reduce real estate costs.

Bin location systems are included to maximize their productivity and efficiency.  80% of the systems we provide are dual level, equipped with two (2) stairways with racks approximately 16’ tall.  The balance are single level (12’-14’ buildings) or three level in 24’ tall or taller buildings.

Accessory items include workbenches, rolling ladders, bins with louvered panels, carts, handtrucks, records storage racks, grating, lockers, wire partitions, office furniture, chairs, stools, modular offices and mezzanines. 

We have worked with automotive wholesalers and retailers, local and national accounts to develop new profit centers for their businesses by designing and installing systems that will create better space utilization, to allow them to add additional services, therefore increasing their overall sales and profitability.

Over the years we have installed over 400 store locations, at an average $10,000 per store and 70 mini warehouses at $45,000 each.
